Bangalore started the bid for Mayank Agarwal, then Mumbai and Delhi joined in. Mumbai opted out, but Delhi came in, so Hyderabad and Delhi were fighting it out. Mayank was sold to Delhi for Rs. 1.6 crore.

Gurkeerat Singh saw bidding between Punjab and Mumbai. Rajasthan entered the race too. Mumbai opted and it was left to Rajasthan and Punjab. The price shot to Rs. 1.1 crore when Kolkata decided to enter the race. Finally Punjab bought Gurkeerat for Rs. 1.3 crore. Unmukt Chand was fought for by Mumbai and Rajasthan, he was bought by Rajasthan for Rs. 65 lakh. Delhi declined to use their right-to-match card for him. Manish Pandey was sold to Kolkata for Rs. 1.7 crore. Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata were fighting for him, before Kolkata grabbed him. Manpreet Juneja was sold to Hyderabad for Rs. 10 lakh. Kedar Jadhav's bid saw bidding from Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata and Hyderabad. Hyderabad and Kolkata were fighting for him, Hyderabad bought him for Rs. 2 crore. But, Delhi used their right-to-match card to buy him, leaving Hyderabad stunned.
